I work collaboratively with you with a trauma informed and person centred framework.
Many of us have struggled at different times with making decisions, concentration, and motivation which is a direct result of managing multiple states of change.
When everyday things become more difficult we may experience frustration, worry, and overwhelm. You are not alone, we all meet challenges that require us to dig deep and find our inner strength to keep growing.
About Me
My practice focuses on anxiety and stress management, coping with medical treatment/diagnosis, and pain management.
All sessions will be at my office location in Langley or virtual, via a secure live stream platform.
I am currently a Certified Yoga Therapist and am completing my Master's Degree in Counselling. I bring my 20 years experience and extensive knowledge of breathing, yoga, mindfulness, and somatic therapies into the therapeutic counselling setting.
